Our Process
Our standard cleaning process is as follows
Survey
Free "in home" survey, to identify the carpet fibres, level of soiling and most appropriate form of cleaning
Pre-Vaccum
A thorough pre-vacuum is required as 80% of soiling is dry particulate
Pre-Treatment
Pre-spray area with appropriate eco-friendly cleaning solution
Aggitation
Mechanical agitation of the solution to open the pile for deep cleaning
Rinse Away
After a short dwell time to allow the cleaning solution to work, the soils are then rinsed away
Stubborn Stains
Treatment of any stubborn stains if required
